Gamma has recently been awarded ISO 22301 for international certification in Business Continuity Management, as well as ISO 27001, which defines the requirements for an Information Security Management System.

Certification in the ISO 22301 standard demonstrates that, even through the most challenging and unexpected circumstances, customers can continue to rely on the high quality of Gamma’s network and services.

ISO 27001 means that Gamma has demonstrated it has the procedures in place to protect and safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and availability of any information it holds or processes, both internally and on behalf of its channel partners.

“Our customers take their businesses seriously and they want to know that we do too.” said Brian Mulligan, IP Services & E-Business Operations Manager at Gamma. “Achieving these certifications demonstrates Gamma’s continuing commitment to industry ‘best practice’ through complying with industry standards and joins with existing certification for Quality Management – ISO 9001 and Carrier Interconnect Security – ND1643 (An Ofcom requirement for all carriers). Commitment to these standards allows Gamma’s channel partners to differentiate themselves in an increasingly competitive market. It addresses head-on, the growing and valid concerns that consumers of our products and services have in the essential areas of Information Security and Business Continuity.”
