Aspect Software and GPN Telecom announce strategic channel agreement

Aspect Software, a leading provider of next generation customer contact and enterprise workforce optimisation and GPN Telecom, the Austrian expert for communication solutions, announce their agreement. Under the terms of the strategic partner agreement GPN Telecom will distribute Aspect software solutions and provide respective implementation and support services. Together, the two companies will develop new projects in Austria and across Europe.

 

GPN Telecom provides modern communication solutions in the cloud for business customers of all enterprise segments. The company, which was founded in 2008, designs and implements private, hybrid or project cloud models, depending on the project requirements. GPN Telecom’s portfolio is distinguished by the fact that customers can deploy a Microsoft-Lync-based UC solution in the cloud that enables telephony via Internet as well as via the public telephone network.

This agreement provides GPN Telecom access to Aspect’s contact centre solution Aspect® Unified IP®. This software platform enables tight integration with Lync and offers a comprehensive range of customer contact capabilities, from inbound routing and outbound call management, voice portals and multichannel self service to unified communications and collaboration.
