Multiple Awards Recognition for Insight as ‘go-to’ Partner of Choice

Trusted IT solutions provider scoops top customer service honour from Cisco
and Global Desktop Competency Partner of the Year from VMware…..

 

Insight UK, one of the world’s leading technology suppliers, has received awards from two
of its leading vendor partners in the past week. Cisco Systems has recognised Insight for
achieving Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence during its latest
measurement period. In addition, VMware has named Insight as the Global
recipient of a VMware Partner Network Award in the Desktop Competency
category as well as its Americas Desktop Competency Partner of the Year at
its recent Partner Exchange in Last Vegas.

Cisco Customer Satisfaction Distinction
Cisco’s Customer Satisfaction Excellence is the highest distinction a
partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Programme and is a
significant achievement for Insight, already a Cisco Gold Partner. Cisco
Customer Satisfaction is one of the highest priorities for the firm and a
cornerstone of its Cisco Channel Partner Programme, with findings based on
customer satisfaction results captured with the Cisco Partner Access Online
tool.

During each measurement period, Cisco acknowledges Certified Partners that
have the highest customer satisfaction distinction within each of its
geographic regions. The award means that Insight will continue to have a
star next to its name within the Cisco Partner Locator. As a result,
customers, Cisco employees and partners will be able to immediately identify
that Insight has achieved outstanding customer satisfaction as part of
Cisco’s worldwide assessment process.

VMware Global Desktop Competency Partner of the Year Award
The award from VMware recognises Insight’s global abilities in datacentre,
cloud and virtualisation, which have established the partnership in the
highly competitive desktop deployment market. Also announced as VMware’s
Americas Desktop Competency Partner of the Year, the global award further
underlines Insight’s ability to deliver technical services and offerings
using the VMware solutions.

recognition from both Cisco and VMware highlights the shared values of the
companies as they strive to meet the demands of a constantly evolving
enterprise marketplace:
