CONCEPT IT REPORTS RECORD GROWTH

Concept IT, the leading supplier of field and installation engineering staff, has announced record results for 2006 reporting turnover up by more than 165% at £2.4 million. During this period, the company has also doubled the number of staff employed at its head office in Dudley, West Midlands.

According to Chris Short, Managing Director: “These results confirm the increasing reliance on specialist recruitment companies with expert knowledge of specific markets. Key to this success has been the quality of our consultants and support staff, all of which have direct experience of the industries that we serve and a total dedication to customer project delivery.”

Specialising in the provision of field engineering staff has helped Concept IT to differentiate itself in an extremely competitive marketplace. In addition, the company has taken an innovative approach to developing its services and is one of the few recruitment companies with the ability to supply staff on a nationwide basis within 24 hours.

The company is not planning on standing still in 2007 and is aiming to maintain its ambitious strategy for growth by more than doubling the turnover and adding a further 25 staff. To accommodate this growth, Concept IT will be moving to new and larger offices in the second quarter. It will also be unveiling an online assessment system that will speed up the candidate search and recruitment process.

To celebrate these results, over the last weekend in January, Concept IT treated all staff including consultants, administration and accounts, to a weekend in Barcelona sampling the sights and dining at some of the best restaurants. Planning for next year’s trip to Rome is already underway.
