Email addresses can also be imported from any other existing database file.

Once an email has been sent, it can be saved and stored. A log is then created to keep a record of who has received emails, what they were sent and when.

For people who are not able to receive html emails (or choose not to), Envoy Promote automatically sends each email in two formats – html and plain text. The html version will be the only one delivered unless they have stipulated that they cannot receive this format.
