Innovative New Estate Agency Sales
and CRM Tool Launched
London and Dublin; Thursday, 3 August, 2006: Estate
agents are so busy that they are probably missing out on
major additional new business opportunities due to a
lack of accurate tracking of customer leads, properties
and status. This was stated by Colm Mulcahy, chief
executive of Enterprise CRM - a leading software
development and consulting partner for salesforce.com -
at the launch of a new Customer Relationship Management
(CRM) product designed specifically for the estate
agency market.
The new product 'Property CRM' requires no investment
in hardware, software, or maintenance, as it is a hosted
service provided on the Salesforce.com AppExchange
platform. 'Property CRM' is billed on a monthly user
basis, and therefore requires no major up front
investment. All it requires is an Internet browser.
Because of this it may be accessed remotely from any
location, for example, to show a customer alternative
properties on a laptop computer.
AppExchange from salesforce.com, the global leader in
on-demand CRM, is the first online service for sharing
business applications. 'Property CRM' is an on-demand
property sales application, developed entirely on
AppExchange by Enterprise CRM, the largest dedicated
salesforce.com consultancy in Europe.
Because this is delivered on the AppExchange, estate
agents now have the ability to' test drive' the
application.
"The ability to automatically match properties and
prospects takes a lot of the hard work out of the estate
agency business and delivers major new sales potential
at minimal input," commented Colm Mulcahy of Enterprise
CRM.
"A big challenge for estate agents of all sizes is
managing the lifecycle of disposals of a property. To
fully exploit their business they need to keep track of,
and easily access, prospect details so that when a
property is sold valuable leads and interests are
captured for future contact."
This is possible, and indeed simple, with 'Property
CRM' which maintains a central database of all
properties, leads and prospects rather than being
dispersed in individual spreadsheets or salespeople's
laptops.
Features of 'Property CRM' include:
QuickSearch - The ability to quickly search for all
matching properties for a given requirement. When a new
property comes in, a QuickSearch can be immediately
carried out to identify any previous enquiries relating
to a property of this type. Similarly, when a customer
enquiry comes in, QuickSearch can be used to identify
which available properties match these needs.
Google Map Integration - All properties can be mapped
to Google Maps using an interactive map tab which allows
various search criteria to be applied before displaying
the properties. Users can click on each point on the map
to see an image of the property and can click on the
address to view all details.
Properties - Details about properties available for
sale or rent including price, photos, size and
specifications.
Property interests - This keeps track of purchaser
and prospect interests and status covering data such as
details sent, too expensive, no longer interested etc.
All the above are easily customisable by the estate
agent to their individual drive' can also be accessed at
