A London firm selling CDs of live music that are available for fans to purchase immediately after concerts, has been crowned Winner of the 2007 HSBC Start-Up Stars Awards – the UK’s premier showcase for the most promising start-up businesses and the inspirational entrepreneurs behind them.

James Perkins (29) and Adam Goodyer (29) received their award, plus £25,000 courtesy of HSBC, at a glittering gala dinner attended by 300 guests at London’s Dorchester Hotel.

CITYSPRINT STRIKES AT 2007 UK MAIL AWARDS - CitySprint beats off rival Royal Mail to scoop CSR Award

CitySprint, the UK’s largest privately owned SameDay Courier company, scooped the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) award at the 2007 UK Mail Awards in London . CitySprint beat off stiff competition from Royal Mail and was crowned winner of the coveted award after clearly demonstrating its commitment to CSR through the comprehensive environmental programme it has implemented both internally and externally in order to minimise the impact its business practices have on the environment.
