ASTON BUSINESS SCHOOL TOPS EUROPE FOR MARKETING
 |
|
Professor Michael West,
Executive Dean of Aston Business School |
Aston Business School is the best in Europe for Postgraduate
Marketing courses, according to the latest league table.
It was also ranked first in England for its Corporate Strategy (4th
in Europe) and for International Business (6th in Europe) courses, in a
poll of students across the continent.
The Birmingham-based institution topped the table in the Financial
Times Masters in Management programmes recently.
The student poll tried to uncover how good the entire student
experience was - from course content and university facilities to living
in the city and post-graduate salaries.
Aston Business School was also first in Europe for Careers rank,
which measures career status of alumni three years after graduation,
taking into account their progression, seniority and the size of the
company in which they are employed.
There were 99 students enrolled on Aston Business School’s MSc in
International Business last year.
Many were from overseas which proved the school had a global
reputation for excellence.
Professor Michael West, Executive Dean of Aston Business School said:
“We are delighted to be placed in a league of our own for our Marketing,
Corporate Strategy and International Business courses, as well as for
Careers Rank which proves our graduates go on to achieve great things.
“Aston Business School is constantly striving to improve courses and
the positive experience students have while learning in Birmingham and I
would like to thank everyone involved for all their hard work.”
