eg solutions Announces Winners of
Annual Awards - The winners of the 2007 eg
Operational Excellence Awards have been announced
following a gala dinner held on November 9th 2007.

The annual eg Operational Excellence Awards are
presented each year by eg solutions to recognise the
outstanding contributions made by individuals towards
best practice in the use of the eg operational
intelligence suite and the principles of operational
management. The awards recognise the achievements both
companies and individuals have made in the pursuit of
world class operations management.
This year, the awards included additional
international categories to reflect eg’s continued
expansion into new territories, and an increased
international presence was evident at the ceremony
itself. Representatives attended the awards from leading
financial institutions, the Institute of Customer
Service and Microsoft.
Elizabeth Gooch, CEO of eg Solutions, stated: “We
present these awards each year as we seek to celebrate
and reward the hard work and success managers, team
leaders and their teams make in the drive to deliver
world class operations management.”
“We actively encourage our clients to enter and
celebrate the progress and achievements they have made
over the past year. In addition the awards are the ideal
way for organisations to benchmark themselves both
internally and against their industry peers,” she added.
The Awards themselves involve detailed assessments
against best practice criteria together with independent
observations and the collection of supportive
documentation.
