STRONG BUSINESS HOMES SALES IN STEVENAGE
Demand has been so strong for Business Homes' pioneering new office
scheme - Arlington Business Park - in Stevenage, that the company can
announce that there are now only three buildings remaining for sale.

Specialist small business office space developer, Business Homes Ltd
has launched this new development, located in what is known as a
significant property hot spot in the region.
Purchaser, Pat Perry from Perry Scott Nash Associates said: "We chose
Business Homes because we could buy our unit. The site is very prominent
and the quality of what Business Homes provides is better than anything
else on the market."
The development will provide eight buildings with sizes available
from 1,324 and 6,168 ft² (123 - 573m²), all of which will be two-storey
and self-contained. It will benefit from having ample car parking
facilities as well as 24hr CCTV security, tailor-made telecommunications
and connectivity to suit.
James Scott, Development Director at Business Homes said, "We are
extremely excited to be the company to meet the demand in this area for
high quality business office schemes. From the start, we found interest
in this development to be very high and out of the eight buildings
available, all but one are either sold or under offer. This is
remarkable seeing as the first phase is only due for completion in the
next month."
True for all Business Homes' schemes nationwide, the buildings boast
a Grade A quality standard. The development is also one of only a
handful in the area that caters for the smaller occupier and gives the
choice of being able to buy or rent buildings.
James Weedon from agents Cushman & Wakefield said: "Stevenage has
suffered in the past with only having second quality '60s and '70s
office accommodation, which does not cater for small to medium sized
enterprises. Business Homes has seen the demand and is filling the gap
by providing high quality, tailored office space to small but
substantial businesses. New occupiers have accommodation with their own
front door, which increases their profile, on a site that has excellent
road and rail links. The A1(M) junction is just minutes away."
The site is just a 15 minute walk away from the nearby train station
with the shopping centre and all its facilities, a retail outlet and
hotel less than five minutes away.
With over ten years experience, Business Homes Ltd, who specialise in
offering high quality premises with the flexibility of leasehold or
freehold investment opportunities, are an established developer
providing office, industrial and hi-tech units in business park
locations throughout the UK.
Offices will be available from winter 2006.
