Multi-million pound contracts secured

Solihull-based Inviron, the leading building services and facilities management provider, has secured £4m of new business in the North East of England, including projects in the education, healthcare and commercial sectors.

This excellent performance by Inviron’s Building Systems, North East division, has underlined its position as a leading contractor in the region.

Alan Crozier, General Manager of Building Systems, North East, based in Washington, commented: “Having secured and now completed a number of projects during the universities and college summer shut down period, we are now extending our reach into other areas.

“This includes our project teams moving on to site at the two 11-storey office blocks at Baltic Quay, Gateshead, as well as providing the mechanical and electrical (M&E) services, design and installation for an office redevelopment at East Quay 5 in Newcastle, and a similar role at Bowesfield Park in Stockton on Tees.
