Procurement International reaches agreement on
acquisition of fulfilment activity from O.C. Tanner Europe
Procurement International Ltd., a leading supplier of aspirational
and high street brands to the promotions, incentive and motivation
sector, has successfully completed negotiations on an agreement
regarding the acquisition of the incentive fulfilment and distribution
business from O. C. Tanner.
This move is in line with Procurement’s strategy of growth, by
organic means and also acquisition.
Procurement International operates from warehouse and office premises
in Wokingham, close to the heart of the motorway network. Anticipating
this growth, Managing Director, Ian Rosewell, has recently acquired the
lease of a 15,000 sq ft state-of-the-art complex adjacent to its current
capacity and is scheduled to move the entire operation into these new
premises later this year.
Speaking of the acquisition, Ian Rosewell, Managing Director of
Procurement International, said, “The acquisition of O.C. Tanner’s
incentive distribution business further underpins and strengthens our
position as the UK’s leading specialist merchandise provider in the
demanding P & I sector. Having completed this deal, we look forward to

the extended product line and Eastern Hemisphere fulfilment and
distribution capabilities that we will be providing.

Samsonite, Sony and Tag Heuer), ensuring that we will be able to

customer base, including major promotion companies and LMUK, operators
of Nectar – the UK’s largest consumer loyalty programme.”
O. C. Tanner, the world’s largest provider of employee reward and
recognition programmes, will continue to offer a merchandise
distribution service from their 25,000 sq ft warehouse facility in
Loughton, Essex; however this service will now be more targeted to
providing an extensive collection of products lines that specifically
meet the needs of their corporate reward and recognition programmes
currently running throughout the UK and Europe.
